-
Vote them out – this cannot be done
under the present conditions because there is no real competition or
real choices…. 95% of incumbents are re-elected . Less than 5% have
competitive races. 25% do not even have token competition.
-
Create competition – place choices on
the ballot.
-
This will not be done by current
SELF-SERVING Party bosses, who are beholden to and controlled by
special interests.
-
It cannot be done until the parties
are controlled by the people – political party committeepersons.
-
Currently committeepersons are, in
most cases, ‘controlled’ by the party bosses.
-
There are generally many unfilled
committee seats.
-
Committee positions are filled by
election in the primaries every two or four years – two positions in
every precinct – many are not contested and many are filled by
appointment.
-
If any group of electors gain enough
committee seats they can gain control and replace the party bosses –
they can then promote good candidates for party leadership and the
ballot.
-
Immediate goal is to gain appointments
to vacant committee seats.
-
February 2010 - fill the ballot with
new committeeperson candidates.
-
Secure enough
committee seats to control the party.
-
Elect new party
leaders and support qualified candidates.
-
REPLACE THE WRONG
PEOPLE CURRENTLY IN OFFICE.
Realistic and do-able...this is the way
the bad guys do it – control the grassroots (political parties). And
it’s easy and legal!
THIS IS REAL GRASSROOTS ACTIVITY.
As you can see, any group of people can
forge a position of influence in the political structure from the
'bottom up.’ (This destroys the ‘top down’ power structure that now
exists).
It’s call representative governing – the
American ideal. Currently the best way to restore the republic and
avoid a violent revolution.
